- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, complete on all the other sides; on the front, there are forty-two lines written across the fibres, two of which were added in the upper margin; upper and lower margins are extant, no margin was left to the right; the back bears two stamp impressions in red ink. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 327 x 232 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 370 x 280 mm.
Script: Uneven and rather compressed cursive hand, with a slight slant to the right. Different cursive hand, smaller and rapid, in the two lines written in the upper margin.
