- Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top and broken off on all other sides; with writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 17 lines running across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends. The upper margin survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
