- Upper portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and left; with holes in the preserved portion; the writing runs on one side and the back is blank. On the front, there are portions of twelve lines from the top of one column written along the fibres, of which 41 lines survive. Upper and right margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
