- Long and narrow light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with some surface damage, lacking the top layer of fibres in the centre and being imperfect along the right edge. The writing runs on one side, and the back is blank. On the front, there are 9 lines running along the fibres and occupying about one third of the sheet; all margins are extant, the lower being ample (about 160 mm). The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Large, rather irregular and untidy upright hand, ligatured in places; with one erasure.
