- Order issued by the count (comes) and praeses of the Thebaid Phoebammon to the inhabitants of Aphrodito to pay corn, meat, wine as supplies for a military unit of five hundred and eight Numidians stationed at Hermopolis for the protection of the Thebaid. The supplies are intended for the months January-April of the 13th indiction.

- Medium- to dark-brown papyrus, broken off on the left, complete on other sides; well preserved; written on one side. The back is balnk. On the front, there are 2 columns of 14 and 13 lines respectively, running along the fibres. Upper and lower margins are extant, no margin was left to the right. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Official, large and upright cursive hand. Line 1: Tall and narrow chancery hand. Latin in the word mo(dii) at the end of the second column.
