- Aurelius Ananias, son of Papnuthius, a farmer from the Hermopolite village of Tertonkano, acknowledges that he owes artabas of wheat, barley and vegetable seed as rent to a woman whose name is damaged; with subscriptions of Ananias (written by Aurelius Theophilus), of the witnesses, and notarial subscription at the end; the endorsement is on the back.

- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, with darker patches, broken off at the top and with surface damage in places; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 37 lines written along the fibres; side and lower margins are extant. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
