- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, bottom, and left; written on one side, the back is blank. On the front, there are ten written along the fibres and lacking the beginnings. , the last being very fragmentary; the right margin is minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
