- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved; with writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 13 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant and ample, with exception of the right, which is minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Neat and competent upright cursive hand, occasionally compressed at the ends of the lines.
