- Lower portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, with some surface damage; the writing runs on one side, and the back is blank. On the front, there are 5 lines written across the fibres; lower, right and left margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
