Medium-to-dark-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left, with holes in the middle; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are the ends of 22 lines written along the fibres; the upper margin is extant, while no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
