- Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and lacking the upper right portion; written on both sides. On the front, there are the beginnings of 18 lines running along the fibres; upper and left margins are extant. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
