- Five small papyrus fragments, extracted from mummy cartonnage, written on both sides. On the front, there remain a few letters from a few lines running along the fibres; the upper left fragment bears part of the upper margin, too. On the back, portions of a few lines remain. The fragments are housed in a glass frame.
