- Account of expenses by the notary Horouonchis for a period of one year, arranged in two columns, the first concerning the months of Thoth-Pharmouthi and the second covering the months of Pachon up to Thoth of the following year. The expenses include rent, price of wine, bread, oil, wood, pigs, sheep, and payments to various individuals.

- Medium-brown papyrus, imperfect on the left, otherwise well preserved; written on one side along the fibres. The back is blank. On the front, there are two columns of 24 and 14 lines respectively; upper, lower and right margins are extant; part of the left margin survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
