- Papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, otherwise well preserved; written on both sides along the fibres. On the front, there are 12 lines; upper, lower and right margins are extant; on the back, there are 5 lines, with ample blank space at the bottom. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
