Recto (P.Lond. V 1696, TM 36921): Portion of a lease of land, the lessee being a certain Isaac. With his subscription and the notary’s at the bottom. The endorsement on the back is illegible.
Verso (SB XXVI 16529, TM 19715): Glued onto the back is a papyrus strip from another document, further fragments of which are Papyrus 0503 and a fragment in Berlin, inventoried as 25080. It preserves part of a contract for a three-year lease of land between Aurelius Apollos, son of Dioscorus, the lessor, and three tenants; the subscriptions of the lessees and of the notary are at the bottom; the agreement is dated in 26 October 526.

- Dark-brown papyrus sheet, incomplete, with writing on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 18 lines written along the fibres; the lower and right margins are extant, the left margin partly survives at the bottom. A strip of another dark brown papyrus was glued onto the back of the sheet and preserves the beginnings of 29 lines written along the fibres. Other fragments of this different document are Papyrus 0503 and a papyrus in Berlin, inventoried as 25080. Perpendicularly to this text, there are traces of one line belonging to the document on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
