Recto: Presumably an account roll of official nature, of which a portion survives, possibly dating from 102-117 (unpublished).
Verso: Annual summary submitted by supervisors (epiteretai) of the farmed taxes levied on a market in Oxyrhynchus. The account includes a heading, the tariff on the rates of taxes on traders and crafts (e.g. bakers, wood-sellers, olive-sellers, clothes- and shoe-makers, tinsmiths), totals of receipts per month and total for the year; in the small column in the right margin, totals for various years are given. Dated some time after 29 August 143.

- Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus roll, written on both sides. On the front, there are the endings of lines from one column, written along the fibres; on the back, there is one column, complete and running across the fibres; another small column was written in the right margin. All margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
