Portions of an alphabetical lexicon, arranged in the order of the first two letters, accompanied by a gloss. In column 1, the glosses are lost and the words begin with de-, in column 2 with eu-. The lemmata are not only Homeric and are given in various forms, possibly based on how they appeared in a quotation.
On the back, there are remains of an unidentified work, possibly a prose text (unpublished).

- Two fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, extracted from mummy cartonnage, written on both sides. On the front, the writing runs along the fibres. Fragment 1 carries portions of 16 lines; fragment 2 bears portions of 6 lines. On the back, fragment 1 bears portions of 11 lines from one column, written across the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front, and covered with plaster; fragment 2 is blank. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
