- Twelve fragments of a dark-brown papyrus roll, in poor condition, written on both sides. The front preserves portions of three columns running along the fibres; in addition, there are two unplaced fragments, numbered 1 and 2. The back is mostly blank, with the exception of a few traces from the end of a word, written along the fibres. The fragments are housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 1: 121 x 110 mm. Housed in a glass frame measuring 230 x 420 mm.
Script: Medium-sized hand of chancery type in lines 1-6; smaller and more cursive hand in the rest of the text, possibly by the same scribe.
