Manuscript on "checkered" paper sheets, in two handwritings, in capital letters. List of names to pray for. Complex binding (fabric spine connects metal covers). The image of the Old Testament Trinity is on the top cover of the binding (caulking (?), enamel). On the reverse side of the upper cover binding there is the inscription in blue ink, indicating owners of the commemoration book and their place of residence: "Chernopen'e // Ulyanova's (crossed out, signed on top in another handwriting A. IAblokova's ... (?)) // Nadezhda (crossed out) // Fyodorovna. Inscription in three lines in blue ink below: "annual 4.XI.87 15 // semiannual. 10.III.78 // 7-50".
Extent: 15 sheets, hard metal covers.
