Cover of writing paper in green. Inner sheets (3 pcs) of gray writing paper. All five sheets are fastened to the left by two metal staples. On the cover: Top in the center with a blue pencil number: "No. 3". Frame around the perimeter of the sheet with a blue felt-tip pen. In the upper left corner, inside the frame, is the number in red ink with a ballpoint pen: “No. 15”, circled in oval in red pencil. In the middle of the sheet is a two-line inscription made on a typewriter: “= SOME DATA / from the history of the SKOBELKIN family.” The first line is underlined by a single line, the second by a dotted double. Down the center there is a three-line inscription written on a typewriter: “ХХХ / Kostroma / June 1969. ”The first line is underlined by a single dotted line. On 2 and 4 sheets of the author's signature, green ink ballpoint pen. The text is dedicated to family stories about the history of the Skobelkin family, the genealogy of the family, and the family house currently located in the museum.
Extent: 3 sheets, soft homemade cover.
Size and dimensions of original material: 29,8 х 21,0.
Condition of original material: The corners are dented, on the second sheet in the upper right corner is a trace from a paper clip.
