The sheets are fastened to the left by two metal staples. The cover and block paper are the same: greenish gray writing paper. The text is typed on one side of the sheets. Sheets are numbered from 3 to 14.
On the title page in the upper center number: "No. 5" in blue pencil. Below the perimeter of the title page is a frame with a purple felt-tip pen. At the top left, inside the frame, is the number in red ink with a ballpoint pen: “No. 45” circled in a circle; the inscription on the upper right is with a red ballpoint pen: “copy No. 1”. In the center at the top, the author’s name is typed: “L.P. Shutov” (underlined by a double dashed line). In the center, the name is typed in three lines: “Memories / on the collectivization of peasant farms in the Shungen / volost of the Kostroma district in 1929 - 1930.” The first line is underlined by a double line. At the bottom in the center in two lines is an inscription on a typewriter: “Mr. KOSTROMA / March 1989. ". The first line is underlined by a double dashed line. On sheet 12, the sheet number has a blue ballpoint pen marked “A”. On page 14, the author’s signature is in violet felt-tip pen: “L. Shutov. " The text contains information about the process of collectivization in the village of Strelnikovo and the surrounding villages.
Extent: 12 sheets, soft homemade cover.

Condition of original material: Bending all sheets on the back.
