Paper, fabric, ink, photo paper, typographic printing, manuscript, photo printing. Text in Russian. On 6 sheets. The cover is glued with fabric. Binding on two metal staples. Watermarked rhombus paper. The emblem of the USSR and the inscription "PASSPORT" in 8 languages of the peoples of the USSR are printed on the top cover in a typographical way. On the back of the cover is the name, date of birth and place of birth of the owner, as well as a 3.2 x 2.4 cm monocromatic photograph and a blue print partially overlapping the photograph. Text on press: "Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kostroma Region. / Kostroma / 4th branch [of the police]. ". In the center of the stamp is the emblem of the USSR. On the second sheet, additional information and signatures of responsible persons, and the same stamp. The remaining sheets are not completed, except for sheet 4, where there are two stamps indicating the address of the registration of the passport holder.
Extent: 6 sheets.
Size and dimensions of original material: 12,5 х 8,5.
Condition of original material: slight cracks on the cover. Threads open at the edges of the cover.
