Paper, typographic printing, ink, graphite pencil, color pencil, manuscript. On the front side in two columns information about the payer (on the right) and tax payment rules (on the left). On the reverse side, on a green background, there are graphite and colored pencil notes on tax payment, the terms for tax payment, and five round blue stamps of the Shunga executive committee are indicated in blue ink.
Extent: 1 sheet.
Size and dimensions of original material: 22,3 х 22,0.
Condition of original material: edges are dented, numerous gaps. On the left edge are two holes from the hole punch. Traces of folding the sheet four times. Bend breaks.
