Five fragments from the same papyrus, housed in a glass frame. The first fragment at the top bears a few traces of four lines running along the fibres, and a trace of ink on the back; the second fragment at the top preserves portions of a few lines written along the fibres, and additional writing on the back, against the fibres; the third fragment at the top preserves a few words written along the fibres, and one fragmentary line across the fibres on the back; the lower left fragment has portions of a few lines written along the fibres and the ends of three lines across the fibres on the back; the lower right fragment preserves the central portions of 3 lines along the fibres and a small trace of another line at the bottom, and is blank on the back.

Dimensions: Fragments of varying size; top right fragment: 114 x 56 mm; bottom left fragment: 87 x 120 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 255 x 255 mm.
Script: Neat and regular round minuscule; the ink on the front turned brown.
