Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with some holes; written on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 29 lines; margins are extant, the lower being ample. A sheet-join is visible along the right edge. The back bears two lines at the top and two short columns at the bottom, written the other way up in relation to the lines at the top. The text on the back runs across the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with two openings for the texts on the back.
