A draft of the beginning of a letter from Apollonius to various individuals is written in the right margin, the other way up in relation to the petition.

Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, but torn along the left edge and in the centre; written on one side along the fibres. On the front, there is a column of 35 lines and another small column of 10 lines written the other way up in relation to the first column, with traces of two erased lines; all margins are extant. The back is blank. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
