Recto (SB XX 15133 ro., TM 14946): Obliterated text, dated to Phaophi 12 (9 or 10 October) in the reign of Antoninus Pius (138-160). Three lines are written upside down at the bottom and relate to the text on the back, giving totals of money payments.
Verso (SB XX 15133 vo., TM 14948): Five receipts for Ptolemaeus, son of Mysthes, for tax payments, including the ‘hay tax’ (monodesmia chortou).
First column from top: Receipt for payments made for hay tax (‘monodesmia chortou’) on account of various plots of land; dated 27 September 152.
Second column from top: Receipt for a payment of 8 obols made for ‘monodesmia chortou and other taxes’; dated 151-153.
Third column from top: Receipt for money payments made for hay tax (‘monodesmia chortou’), tax on papyrus, and other taxes; dated 27 September 153.
Fourth column from top: Receipt for money payments for ‘hay tax (‘monodesmia chortou’), tax on papyrus, and other taxes; dated 151-153.
Left margin, along the fibres: Receipt for payments for hay tax (‘monodesmia chortou’) on account of various plots of land; dated 24 February 154; in two hands.

Portion of a papyrus roll, broken off to the left (front) and with some surface damage; written on both sides. The front bears two columns running along the fibres, obliterated; three lines are written at the bottom, the other way up. The back contains four short and wide columns, written against the fibres and placed vertically under each other after some blank space, and another column written along the fibres in the left margin, perpendicularly to the other columns. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
