Miscellaneous texts from the archive of Zenon.
A (P.Lond. VII 2040, TM 1602): Beginning of a letter from Menon to Criton; details are lost.
B (P.Lond. VII 1950, TM 1513): Physical description of Thorax, Cilician, aged 18, for unknown purposes; dated 29 May 257 BC. The back bears the endorsement. Triplicate of Papyrus 2352(B) (P.Lond. VII 1949), and P.Cair. Zen. I 59070.
C: Conclusion of a letter, of which only the last line survives. Unpublished.
D (P.Lond. VII 2058, TM 1620): Fragment of a letter by Philiscus, chief financial official of the Arsinoite nome; details are lost. Possibly dated 254-251 BC. The docket is on the back.
E (P.Lond. VII 2021, TM 1583): Fragment of a letter of a certain Agroitas; details are lost.

Five papyrus fragments of varying size that do not belong together, housed in the same glass frame.
A: Upper fragment of a light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the right and at the bottom, imperfect on the left; written on one side. The front bears the beginnings of 2 lines written across the fibres. The back has ink smudges.
B: Light-brown papyrus slip, complete, with damage along the left edge and in the middle; written on both sides. The front bears portions 3 lines written across the fibres; on the back, there is a word written along the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front.
C: Lower right portion of a light-brown papyrus sheet; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears 1 lines; the lower margin is ample; folding lines are still visible. The back is blank.
D: Left-hand portion of a light-brown papyrus, written on both sides. On the front, there are the beginnings of 4 lines written across the fibres; upper, lower and left margins are extant. On the back, there are the ends of 2 lines written along the fibres.
E: Left-hand fragment of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, written on one side. On the front there are the beginnings of 4 lines written across the fibres; upper, lower and left margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. The back is blank.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. All fragments were purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2305-2434 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in July 1921.
