الحمد لله رب العالمين حمد الشاكرين والصلوة على رسوله محمد وآله أجمعين
كتاب القراباذين على ترتيب العلل الباب الأول
في أدوية علل الرأس نسخة حب القوقايا النافع من الصداع وأدواء الرأس الامتلائية
وظلمية الرأس من الرطوبة وابتدأ الماء إيارج فيقرا عشرة دراهم شحم الحنظل ثلثة وثلث دراهم
سقمونيا درهمين ونصف تربذ واسطوخوذوس من كل واحد خمسة وهو عشر شربات...

...وإن وجد مغصًا في المثانة شرب طبيخ العدس ودهن لوز أو
زبد أو سمنا و يدخل الحمام كل يوم بعد شربه ويحبس حتى يبول في الأبزن ويستعمل غذاء مرطبًا
من إسفيداج بفروج مسمن ويشرب نبيذًا ويتوقي البرد ويسقي دانقًا من الذراريح
مع دانق من العدس المقشر بماء فاتر بعد أن ينفع الذراريح في الرائب يومًا وليلة ويبذل الرائب ويفعل
ثلث مرات فيكون كافيًا تم القراباذين والحمد لله رب العالمين وبه نستعين
