Upper left papyrus and lower papyrus (A, C): Two unpublished tax documents, one of 117-118 and the other issued by a certain Heraclides and his colleagues and referring to a year (2?) of the emperor Trajan.
Upper right papyrus (B) (SB XVI 12633, TM 14632): Customs-house receipt issued to Onnophris, who was exporting oil on three donkeys, for the payment of the 3% tax at the gate of Soknopaiou Nesos. Dated 26 June 206.

Three papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears 6 lines, complete. Margins are extant, the lower being ample. The back is blank.
Upper right papyrus (B): Light-brown papyrus strip, written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 3 complete lines. Margins are minimal. The back is blank.
Lower papyrus (C): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, with surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 6 lines, imperfect at the end. Margins survive, the lower being ample. Folding lines are still visible. The back is blank.

Script: A: Rapid cursive hand; B: Tidy, upright cursive hand; C: Cursive hand, slightly sloping to the right, uneven.

Origin: B: Soknopaiou Nesos (Dimeh), meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Arsinoite nome, Egypt. The three papyri were purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 1545-1753 from the Reverend Chauncey Murch (b. 1856, d. 1907) on 8 December 1906.
