An Appeal to the High Court of Justice: between Frederick Seymour Salaman as the Trustee of the property of Prince Victor Albert Jay Duleep Singh, a bankrupt, (Plaintiff), and the Secretary of State in Council of India (Defendant).
The appeal is against the refusal of the East India Company to pay a pension to Prince Victor following the death of his father, Maharajah Duleep Singh. The appeal was dismissed.
