Two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Left papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, abraded in places; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears one complete column of 10 lines; all margins are extant. The back is blank.
Right papyrus (B): Medium-brown papyrus sheet made out of two sheets, the first of which displays vertical fibres, while the second has horizontal fibres, complete; written on one side. The front bears 6 lines, written partly across (beginnings) and partly along the fibres all margins are extant. The back is blank.

Provenance: Hermopolite nome (?), Egypt. Both papyri were purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 884-1178 from the Reverend Chauncey Murch (b. 1856, d. 1907) on 8 June 1901.
