Memorandum or contract concerning some property near Philoteris and Dionysias belonging to a woman named Demetrous, daughter of Charias, who is acting with her husband as a guardian. The text was written in the blank space of the sheet, which preserves two tax receipts dated to 140, written the other way up. The back contains further writing.

Papyrus sheet, complete but damaged at the bottom; written on both sides. The front bears 14 lines written along the fibres and 11 further lines written along the fibres, upside down in relation to the other text. All margins are extant. The back bears further lines running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
