Three issues bound together. It is an Ottoman political newspaper published on Mondays. It is a continuation of the preceding newspaper Müsademe-i Efkar. The journal is on the Second Boer War; allies and alliances between countries at war; the case of European Muslims; the status of the Balkan states (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, and Greece), Islamic education and science in Bulgaria.
