Haftada bir defa çıkar bitaraf, siyasi, ictimai, halkçı Türk gazetesidir. Dergide Türkçe yazılmış birkaç yazı da bulunmaktadır. Filibe'deki Zarafet Matbaası'nda tab olunmuştur. Dergide; Türk millî inkılapları, millî dil meselesi, Rodoplarda yaşayan Türklerin okullarında Türk harfleriyle alacağı eğitimin önemi, Millî Kongre, Bulgar okulları ve öğretmenleri, Kırcaali'deki okullar, iç haberler (işçi grevleri, Bulgar spor kulüplerindeki müsabakalar; Kırcaali avukat meclisi), harici haberler (Türkiye ve göçmenler; Türkiye'de tarım; Mısır-İngiltere ilişkileri, İran'da isyan, Türk-Yunan müzakereleri; Rus-Çin savaşı; Türk -Bulgar dostluk derneği). Seçici şiirlerden bazı örneklere yer verilmiştir.
A weekly objective, political, social, populist Turkish newspaper. There are also a few writings written in Turkish in the journal. It was printed in the Zarafet Printing House in Plovdiv. The journal is about Turkish national reforms, the issue of the national language, the education of the Turks living in the Rhodopes on Turkish letters in their schools and the importance of this, The National Congress, Bulgarian schools and teachers, schools in Kardzhali, internal news (labour strikes, competitions in the Bulgarian sports club; Hatipoğulları foundations; Kardzhali lawyer council), external news (Turkey and immigrants; agriculture in Turkey; Egypt-England relations, rebellion in Iran, Turkish-Greek negotiations; Russian-Chinese war; Turkish-Bulgarian friendship society). It is included some examples from selective poems.
