Bi-weekly journal. (The last two issues -18th and 19th- are written in both Ottoman-Turkish and Turkish.) It was printed in Ardino and Kardzali, respectively. The journal is on education (education and teaching in Bulgaria; Bulgarian style of the nomination of teachers; Turkish schools and teachers; Turkish language; the new writing party in Kardzhali), external news (the news from Turkey; struggles among political parties in Turkey), internal news in Bulgaria (Turan organization in Kardzhali; the ways for an orderly society; what Turkish youth expects from the government; parties; the situation of the Bulgarian people; competitions in various sports clubs), women's issues (women in social life; the importance of progress of women), examples of selective poems; advertisements and announcements.
