Three issues bound together. It is a bi-weekly political, social, economic, and populist Turkish newspaper. It was printed in Kardzali. The publication is on internal affairs (Kardzhali Turan Congress; Turan societies; expectations from the council; the new property tax, the municipal commission and the Turks; tobacco activities), external affairs (diplomatic relations between Germany and France; the dissatisfaction of president of France with Turkey's acceptance into the league of nations; Miss Turkey, hot air in Europe; degree of heat in Baghdad), and education (Eğridere teachers' committee; the school of the Hatipoğulları Council; Kardzhali school teachers and changes in their circumstances; closure of schools).
