Upper left papyrus (A) (TM 38278): Fragment of a lease of a dining room and an exedra on the second floor of a house for an indeterminate period. The lessee is Aurelia Sophia, the name of the lessor is lost.
Upper right papyrus (B) (TM 38279): Conclusion of an agreement, with subscriptions. Unpublished.
Lower papyrus (C) (TM 38280): Conclusion of a sale on delivery of 240 artabas of an unknown product, with subscriptions of the sellers, of three witnesses and of the gnoster.

Three papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in one glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): Complete on the right; written on one side along the fibres; the front bears the ends of 19 lines; no margin was left to the right; the back is blank.
Upper right papyrus (B): Partly complete at the bottom; written on one side along the fibres; the front bears parts of 15 lines from the bottom of a column; the lower margin is extant. The back is blank.
Lower papyrus (C): Lower right corner of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres; the front bears the ends of 11 lines; right and lower margins are minimal. The back is blank.

Script: A: Slightly sloping cursive hand; B: Medium-sized, mostly upright, thick cursive hand; different hands for the subscriptions; C: Neat, upright cursive hand; different hands for the subscriptions.
