Brief treatise attributed to Hermes (هرمس) on the significant places on the zodiac for each of the seven planets.
The copy was made from a poorly written exemplar (نقل من نسخة سقيمة الخط) in 867/1462-3 by ʻAbd Allāh ibn al-Ṣāḥib Nūr al-Dīn al-Jazarī al-Masīḥī (عبد الله بن الصاحب نور الدين الجزري المسيحي), who copied the text for his own use (see colophon, f. 19r, lines 4-7, transcribed below).
This text is not given a number in the present collection.
Begins (f. 18v, lines 1-2):
قال هرمس فلنذكر شرف النجوم وهبوطهم
شرف الشمس في (؟) خمسة (!) عشر درجة من الحمل
Ends (f. 19r, lines 1-3):
... وهبوطه في خمسة عشر درجة من الدلو
وتدبيره في أربعة وعشرين درجة من الحوت

علقه لنفسه الفقير إلى رحمة ربه المعترف
بخطاياه وذنوبه عبد الله بن الصاحب نور الدين
الجزري المسيحي رحم الله من قرأه وترحم عليهم أجمعين
وذلك في شهور سنة سبعة وستين وثمانمائة هجرية
وكان قد نقل من نسخة سقيمة الخط نرجو من
الواقف على هذا الكتاب أن باذله (؟) غلط
فليصلحه وقد قال الشاعر
إن ترى عيبًا فسد الخللا (؟) فعز من
لا فيه عيبًا وعلا
