This volume contains a religious didactic work in Chagatai. The above title is taken from the colophon, and the correct title, if indeed there is one, has not been identified. Unusually, the anonymous author proceeds directly from the doxology to the exposition of his didactic message. The text includes numerous Prophetic ahadith with translations, as well as stories of the prophets and early Muslims.
The text comprises the following twelve fusul:
- Fi tufan Nuh ‘alayh al-salam. On the flood of Noah (4r)
- Qissa-’i Ashab-i Fil. The narrative of the Companions of the Elephant (14r)
- Fi’l-tawba. On repentance (17r)
- Fi sifat-i rahmat-i Khuday ‘azz va jall. Description of the Divine Mercy (34r)
- ‘Ilm-i ‘ulama va fazilatida va ‘ilm ta‘līm qılghuchılarnı fazilati-da. The merit of the learning of scholars and teachers of sacred knowledge (52r)
- Namazlarni qılmaq-liq va jama‘at-gha barmaq-lıq-ınıng fazilati-da. The merit of performing prayer, preferably in congregation (64r)
- Dar fazilat-i namaz-i jama‘at. The merit of congregational prayer (73v)
- Fi’l-akl va’l-shurb. Eating and drinking (84v)
- Fi’l-khawf va’l-raja’. Fear and hope (89r)
- Fi’l-shukr va’l-sabr. Thankfulness and patience (96v)
- Ramazan ayati-ning (sic) fazilati. The merit of Ramadan (101r)
- Ol tört arıgh (kim Bahisht-da aqar). The Four Rivers of Paradise (106r)
There is a scribbled description, in Persian, of the work on f 1r (Kitab-i akhlaq ba-zaban-i Turki).
According to the colophon, the copy was completed on 25 Ramazan 1174 AH/20 April 1761 CE by Rahim Beg ibn Ghafir Beg.
