Records the accounts of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity Fraternity of Sorrows] from August 1900 to June 1914, by Joaquín Díaz. The information is organised in income and expenses. The first point out entries by: legacies, leases, alms, interests in letters, census revenues, alms. The latter present expenses for: credit titles, medicines bought in London, contributions, building insurance, President´s monthly payments, census fees, repairs on buildings, etc. in addition, some balance sheets of the state of the Institute's assets, where they are found: the bonds deposited in the Banco de Chile [Chile Bank], the deposits made in the Diocesan Administrator, the shares, the documents receivable, the capital goods in loans and the real estate. The reports of the Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago [Diocesan Tribunal of Accounts of the Archdiocese of Santiago] are also considered.The loose papers correspond to the receipts received and the expenses made in 1932, between April and November.
Registra las cuentas del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores" desde agosto de 1900 a junio de 1914, a cargo de Joaquín Díaz. Se organiza la información en ingresos y egresos. Los primeros señalan entradas por: legados, arriendos, limosnas, intereses en letras, réditos de censos, limosnas. Los segundos presentan gastos por: títulos de crédito, medicinas compradas en Londres, contribuciones, seguros de los edificios, mensualidades de la Presidenta, cargos de censos, reparaciones en edificios, etc. Se incluyen además, algunos balances del estado de los bienes del Instituto, donde se constatan: los bonos depositados en el Banco de Chile, los depósitos realizados en el Economato Diocesano, las acciones, los documentos por cobrar, los capitales a censo y los bienes raíces. Se consideran también, los informes del Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago. Los papeles sueltos corresponden a las entradas percibidas y los gastos realizados en el año 1932, entre abril y noviembre.

Condition of original material: In good state of conservation. The spine is somewhat detached.
