Records the accounts of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"] from July 1914 to September 1927, in charge of the treasurers of the period. The information is organised in inflows and outflows. The inflows indicates income received by: leases, legacies, interests, stocks, bonds, etc. Outflows present expenses incurred to cover: repairs, credit titles, pensions, gratuities, contributions, President´s monthly payments, payment of drinking water, gas, electricity, purchase of medicines, bonds, bills, insurance, coats, sewage, etc. After each annual period includes: 1) Summary of the inflows and outflows of the treasury box of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"]; 2) Summary of the accounts of the Madam President. In income: leases, donations, interests, legacies, collection boxes, seating tables, dividends, book sales. In expenses: allowances, medicines, doctors, food, beds and coats, dispensaries, expenses of worship, pensions, midwives; 3) State of the assets and debts of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"]; 4) Closure order of the Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago [Diocesan Accounts Tribunal of the Archbishopric of Santiago].
Registra las cuentas del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores" desde julio de 1914 a septiembre de 1927, a cargo de los tesoreros del periodo. Se organiza la información en ingresos y egresos. Los ingresos señalan entradas percibidas por: arriendos, legados, intereses, acciones, bonos, etc. Los egresos presentan gastos realizados para cubrir: reparaciones, títulos de crédito, pensiones, gratificaciones, contribuciones, mensualidades de la Presidenta, pago de agua potable, gas, luz, compra de medicamentos, bonos, letras, seguros, abrigos, alcantarillado, etc. Después de cada periodo anual se incluye: 1) Resumen de las entradas y salidas de la caja en la tesorería del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores"; 2) Resumen de las cuentas de la señora Presidenta. En ingresos: arriendos, donaciones, intereses, legados, alcancías, mesa de asientos, dividendos, venta de libros. En egresos: dietas, medicinas, médicos, alimentos, camas y abrigos, dispensarios, gastos de culto, pensiones, matronas; 3) Estado de los bienes y deudas del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores"; 4) Auto de fenecimiento del Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago.
