It presents the Regulation on Diocesan Accounts issued by the Archbishopric of Santiago on 22 August 1928, which regulated the accounting practice of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"] at the beginning of the 20th century. It indicates the faculties of the Diocesan Accounts Commission, the books that said entity should keep (inflows and outflows, death orders, authorization of expenses, copier of communications to the Prelate and to the administrators), their attributions and duties, the examination of the accounts, the closure of those, the administrators and the way of keeping such accounts, the inventory and account on the fulfillment of pious burdens, the inventories that the diocesan administrations must carry and the annual visits of the same.
Presenta el Reglamento sobre las Cuentas Diocesanas emitido por el Arzobispado de Santiago el 22 de agosto de 1928, el que regulaba el ejercicio contable del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores" a principios del siglo XX. Señala las facultades de la Comisión de Cuentas Diocesanas, los libros que debía llevar dicha entidad (entradas y salidas, autos de fenecimiento, autorización de gastos, copiador de comunicaciones al Prelado y a los administradores), sus atribuciones y deberes, el examen de las cuentas, el fenecimiento de aquellas, los administradores y el modo de llevar tales cuentas, el inventario y cuenta sobre cumplimiento de cargas piadosas, los inventarios que deben llevar las administraciones diocesanas y las visitas anuales de las mismas.
