Records the accounts of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"], between 1938 and 1944. The information is organised from annual periods, in income and expenses. The infows indicates incomes for the following items: Banco de Chile [Chile Bank], interest, leases, dividends, legacies, foundations, insurance, among others. Expenditures present expenses for: purchases from the President, bequests, medicines, credit titles, worship, building repairs, general expenses, dispensary supplies, contributions, wardrobe, stocks and bonds, among others. For each period, a summary of the recorded accounts, a balance sheet and various inventories of the clinics and dispensaries belonging to the Institute of Charity, with their respective facilities and stock to date (furniture and medical instruments) are also included. Among them: Blas Vial dispensary located in Castro N ° 81, Manuel Arriarán dispensary in Lira N ° 78, Carmen Letelier dispensary in San Pablo N ° 3830, José Manuel Eguiguren dispensary in Concepción N ° 1068, Adela Baeza dispensary in Carrión N ° 1347 , Leopoldo Valenzuela dispensary in Covarrubias N ° 598. In some cases, it also includes reports executed by the Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago [Diocesan Tribunal of Accounts of the Archbishopric of Santiago].
Registra las cuentas del Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores", entre 1938 y 1944. Se organiza la información a partir de periodos anuales, en ingresos y egresos. Los ingresos señalan entradas por los siguientes ítems: Banco de Chile, intereses, arriendos, dividendos, legados, fundaciones, seguros, entre otros. Los egresos presentan gastos por: compras de la señora Presidenta, cargas de legados, medicamentos, títulos de créditos, culto, reparaciones de edificios, gastos generales, útiles de dispensarios, contribuciones, ropero, acciones y bonos, entre otros. Para cada periodo se incluye, además, un resumen de las cuentas registradas, un balance general y varios inventarios de los consultorios y dispensarios pertenecientes al Instituto de Caridad, con sus respectivas instalaciones y existencias a la fecha (muebles e instrumental médico). Entre ellos: dispensario Blas Vial ubicado en Castro N° 81, dispensario Manuel Arriarán en Lira N° 78, dispensario Carmen Letelier en San Pablo N° 3830, dispensario José Manuel Eguiguren en Concepción N° 1068, dispensario Adela Baeza en Carrión N° 1347, dispensario Leopoldo Valenzuela en Covarrubias N° 598. En algunos casos, también se incluyen los informes ejecutados por el Tribunal de Cuentas Diocesanas del Arzobispado de Santiago.
