Records the accounts of the Instituto de Caridad Evangélica [Institute of Evangelical Charity] from July 1940 to July 1945. The information is organised into income and expenses. Unlike other account books, they occupy several pages for the same item. These are: Banco de Chile [Chile Bank] and Caja, Interests, Leases, Dividends, Legacies, Foundations, Credit Titles, Tax Subsidy, Repairs, Insurance, Donations, General Expenses, Census, Monthly payment of the President, Loads of Legacies, Medicines, Worship , contributions, dispensary supplies, wardrobe, capital, real estate, stocks, facilities, perpetual and temporary obligations, gains and losses. The loose paper corresponds to the balance sheet for the period from July, 1, 1944 to June 30, 1945. It does not have a formal title.
Registra las cuentas del Instituto de Caridad Evangélica desde julio de 1940 a julio de 1945. Se organiza la información en ingresos y egresos. A diferencia de otros libros de cuentas, se ocupan varias páginas para un mismo ítem. Estos son: Banco de Chile y caja, intereses, arriendos, dividendos, legados, fundaciones, títulos de créditos, subvención fiscal, reparaciones, seguros, donaciones, gastos generales, censos, mensualidad de la señora presidenta, cargas de legados, medicamentos, culto, contribuciones, útiles del dispensario, ropero, capital, bienes raíces, existencias, instalaciones, obligaciones perpetuas y temporales, ganancias y pérdidas. El papel suelto corresponde al balance general para el período comprendido entre el 1° de julio de 1944 y el 30 de junio de 1945.
