It fundamentally contains a set of receipts for payment of supplies and services incurred by the Hermandad de Dolores ["Fraternity of Sorrows"] between the years 1949 and 1950. The information is disordered, since there are no clear categories, but everything is organised by sheet dividers that indicate dates retrospectively, that is, starting in August 1950 and separating the documents month by month, until reaching September 1949. The two sets offer, all together, a variety of information among which it is possible to find, along with other things: deposit vouchers in the accounts of the Hermandad de Dolores ["Fraternity of Sorrows"] in Banco de Chile [Chile Bank] and Banco Edwards [Edwards Bank]; payment voucher of contributions for real estate, to the Tesorería General de la Repúblic [General Treasury of the Republic]; Payment receipts from the amortization fund; Receipts for the purchase of medical supplies and medicines from different chemical-pharmaceutical entities; Property lists with information regarding the tenants of the Hermandad de Dolores ["Fraternity of Sorrows"]; Receipts of repair work on "Fraternity" buildings; Vouchers for payment of services of the National Telegraph; Invoice of insurance payment; Receipts of the usufructs of legatees; Ballots of Claret Workshops for the printing of the annual reports of 1949; Missives, letters and claims addressed to the President of the Hermandad de Dolores ["Fraternity of Sorrows"]; etc.
Contiene fundamentalmente, un conjunto de comprobantes por pago de insumos y servicios en que incurrió la "Hermandad de Dolores" entre los años 1949 y 1950. La información se encuentra desordenada, pues no hay categorías claras, sino que todo se encuentra organizado por separadores de hojas que indican fechas de forma retrospectiva, vale decir, iniciando en agosto de 1950 y separando los documentos mes a mes, hasta llegar a septiembre de 1949. Los dos amarres, en su conjunto, presentan una variedad de información entre la que es posible encontrar, entre otras cosas: Comprobantes de depósito en las cuentas de la "Hermandad de Dolores" en el Banco de Chile y en el Banco Edwards; Comprobantes de pago de contribuciones por bienes raíces, a la Tesorería General de la República; Comprobantes de abonos de la caja de amortización; Comprobantes por compra de insumos médicos y medicamentos a distintas entidades químico-farmacéuticas; Listas de propiedades con información relativa a los arrendatarios de la "Hermandad de Dolore"; Comprobantes por trabajos de reparaciones en edificios de la "Hermandad"; Comprobantes por pago de servicios del Telégrafo Nacional; Comprobantes por pago de seguros; Comprobantes de recepción de los usufructos de legatarios; Comprobante de Talleres Claret por impresión de las memorias anuales de 1949; Misivas, cartas y reclamos dirigidos al Presidente de la "Hermandad de Dolores"; etc.
