It contains the documents relating to the inheritance of Mathilde Cécereu de Bertholus, who, at the time of her death in 1936, left the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows] as heir to her assets. The present information constitutes a compendium of the antecedents of the legal processing of the succession, and of the agreements that were taken to comply with the requirements given by the will. The main donation made by Matilde C. was the property on Nº 536 Dieciocho street, subject to the levy of a lifetime monthly payment while she lived.
Contiene los documentos relativos a la herencia de Mathilde Cécereu de Bertholus, quien, al momento de fallecer en 1936, dejó como heredera de sus bienes a la Hermandad de Dolores. La información presente constituye un compendio de los antecedentes de la tramitación legal de la sucesión, y de los acuerdos que se tomaron para cumplir con las exigencias dadas por el testamento. La principal donación realizada por Matilde C. fue la propiedad de la Calle Dieciocho Nº 536, sujeta al gravamen de una mensualidad vitalicia mientras ella viviera.
