The volume contains the documents related to the inheritance of Blas Vial, who by testamentary clause consigned to the Instituto de Caridad Evangélica o Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Evangelical Charity or Fraternity of Sorrows], a first part of the remainder of his assets. The volume includes, among other things: Blas Vial's testament, dated in Santiago in 1900; request for partition of property; appraisal directed by Luis Dávila to Ventura Blanco and Luis Cornejo, in relation to the house and site located on Agustinas street, consigned among the assets inherited by Blas Vial (dated 1906); deed of partition of the assets of Blas Vial, in 1906 (two halves as already indicated above); Lease agreement between Vial and Nicolás González for the “La Victoria” estate.
El volumen contiene los documentos relativos a la herencia de Blas Vial, quien por cláusula testamentaria consignó al Instituto de Caridad Evangélica o Hermandad de Dolores, una primera parte del remanente de sus bienes. El volumen incluye, entre otras cosas: testamento de Blas Vial, fechado en Santiago en 1900; petición de partición de bienes; avalúo dirigido por Luis Dávila a Ventura Blanco y Luis Cornejo, con relación a la casa y sitio ubicado en la calle Agustinas, consignada entre los bienes heredados por Blas Vial (fechado en 1906); escritura de partición de los bienes de Blas Vial, en 1906 (dos mitades según lo ya señalado anteriormente); contrato de arrendamiento entre Vial y Nicolás González por el fundo “La Victoria”.
