It includes information on the testamentary assets of José Miguel Valdivieso Cruzat, born in Santiago and died in Santiago in 1918. Among the heirs mentioned are: his wife, Jesús Huidobro; his sister-in-law, Gertrudis Valdivieso; his employees, Luisa Ibáñez, Petronila Barrales and Peta Barrera; his last caregiver; his sisters' employees; his nieces; the Hermanitas de los Pobres [Little sisters of the poor]; the Protectora de la Infancia [Society for the Protection of Children]; and the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows]. It includes the will and its subsequent modifications, the inventory of assets, the marriage agreements and the effective possession. At the beginning of the volume, a document that differs from the general theme is presented: Letter from O. Dávila to Francisco Irarrázaval, on December 27, 1937, for the partition of assets of his aunt, Isabel Dávila Larraín.

Se incluye el testamento y sus modificaciones posteriores, el inventario de bienes, las capitulaciones matrimoniales y la posesión efectiva. Al comienzo del volumen, se presenta un documento que difiere de la temática general: Carta de O.
