The volume presents a series of notarial documents related to a property located at 130 Barros Arana street, and which by testamentary clause was inherited to the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows]. The available information constitutes a monitoring of the property carried out to confirm the rights that the former owner, José Efraín Ramírez, had over it, and, therefore, of the aforementioned institution. Among the available documents are the data of the property (buyer, boundaries, values); copies of the will of José Efraín Ramírez; the request for possession of the inheritance (1920); the registration certificates (dated 1948); and the death certificates of Etelvina González Ramírez, Alberto Almarza Ramírez and Gregoria Elisa Ramírez Saavedra.
El volumen presenta una serie de documentos notariales relativos a una propiedad ubicada en la calle Barros Arana Nº 130, y que por cláusula testamentaria fue heredada a la Hermandad de Dolores. La información disponible se constituye en un seguimiento del inmueble realizado para confirmar los derechos sobre ella del antiguo propietario, José Efraín Ramírez y, por tanto, de la institución antes referida.Entre los documentos disponibles se presentan los datos de la propiedad (comprador, deslindes, valores); las copias del testamento de José Efraín Ramírez; la solicitud de posesión de la herencia (1920); los certificados de inscripción (fechados en 1948); y los certificados de defunción de Etelvina González Ramírez, Alberto Almarza Ramírez y de Gregoria Elisa Ramírez Saavedra.
